July 7: Hit by a reckless bicyclist & thrown into street at 13th & Locust St; leg broken in 2 places + badly sprained foot. Ambulance to Jefferson Hospital ER, admitted same day
Tibial plateau fracture + sprained foot

July 16: Released from Jefferson Hospital
PT In-home, then out-patient, able to get shoe on September 18
July 23: Dr. Kreig 2-week post-op follow-up
September 3: Dr. Kreig 6-week post-op follow-up
November 5: Dr. Kreig 15-week post-op follow-up

2021
Jan 29, Dr. Wen Chao: Arthritis stage 4; will need joint fusion surgery for big toe
March 5, Dr Hsia, rheumatologist, agreed about joint fusion surgery
March 17: Dr. Jane Potonius, said NO to joint fusion surgery; cheilectomy instead.
Also, the protrusion is bone, not a gangliion cyst
March 31: Dr. Pontious follow-up and schedule cheilectomy ASAP
April 19, Cheilectomy with Dr. Pontious @ Temple Hospital
April 27, Follow-up #1 with Dr. Pontouis
May 4, Follow-up #2 with Dr. Pontouis
May 11, Cortisone injection CANCELLED by me
May 14, Follow-up #3 with Dr. Pontouis
